Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Childcare Practitioner and Development Coach to nurture and educate young children in Upington. The role focuses on high-quality care, holistic development, and an engaging curriculum that supports learning from early stages.

You will create a safe, stimulating environment and work within a professional team to help children thrive, learn through play, and develop essential life skills. Hybrid options may be available for admin/training components.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
• Previous experience with young children in a formal childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early learning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
