About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their vibrant team in Soweto . This role is central to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play, and develop to their full potential. You will be responsible for implementing engaging educational programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your care, and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, supervising them actively at all times.
• Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, hygiene, and rest periods.
• Observe and record children's progress, communicating effectivey with parents about your development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children.
