About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join their team in Rustenburg , offering a flexible hybrid work model. In this role, you will focus on supporting the developmental needs of young children through a combination of remote guidance and in-person consultations. You will collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to create tailored development plans and provide essential resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments for children through remote and in-person sessions.

• Facilitate parent workshops and support groups, both virtually and in person, as needed.

Requirements
