• Patience, empathy, resilience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and behaviour effectively.
• First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends if required.
