Job summary

Affinity Life Limited is seeking an experienced Chief Information & Technology Leader to provide strategic direction across technology, digital and information services for the Affinity Group. You will align capabilities with business growth, drive AI-enabled transformation, and oversee complex budgets and vendor partnerships.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in regulated financial services, strong governance, and stakeholder engagement abilities to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in IT, digital or information systems.
• At least 5 years in senior technology leadership or executive management.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise technology strategies.
• Experience leading digital transformation and technology-enabled business change.
• Experience managing complex IT budgets and strategic technology portfolios.
• Experience in cybersecurity, information risk, data governance and technology resilience.
• Experience in the insurance or broader financial services industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.

• Align IT capabilities with business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience.
