Recruit-It is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to bring structure, accountability, and process discipline as the business scales. The role sits across functions, owning the handoffs between sales, delivery, projects, support, and finance.

Initially, there are no direct reports, with influence and partnerships driving outcomes. You will work as a peer to regional leaders and report to the Group CEO, shaping the operating model as the company grows across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience.
• Track record designing and owning cross-functional operating models.
• Strong process design capability with a data-driven approach.
• Comfortable influencing through relationships and evidence.
• Ability to build trusted peer relationships with Heads of Department.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cross-functional process map and resolve ownership ambiguity.
• Oversee health of handoffs between sales, delivery, projects, support, and finance.
• Provide process oversight of procurement seams with other functions.
• Escalate systemic cross-functional issues after standard escalation paths are exhausted.
• Design scalable processes and playbooks to support growth across regions.
