Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a Head of Information Systems to lead multiple technology functions and serve as the critical link between business and technology. You will develop the IT strategy, drive optimization, governance, and cyber security across a regulated financial services environment, while building and mentoring high-performing tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• Experience managing complex technology environments.
• Proven success driving automation and system integration initiatives.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong vendor and service provider management experience.
• Solid understanding of technology architecture, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Cloud environment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data governance and information management frameworks advantageous.
• Experience managing cyber security, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives advantageous.
• Experience within regulated financial services environments advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and people management capabilities.
