Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Certification in Azure, solution/enterprise architecture, Agile delivery or DevSecOps is required.
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering, digital technology or platform delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the digital product engineering strategy and capability roadmap.
- Provide portfolio-wide engineering leadership and technical direction.
- Establish governance, standards and guardrails for delivery and non-functional requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners through the full product lifecycle.
- Drive cloud adoption, platform modernisation and secure, resilient delivery.
