Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new chemical products and improve existing formulations.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments, pilot plant trials, and process scale-up studies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
• Develop detailed process descriptions, PFDs, and P&IDs for new processes.
• Evaluate and select appropriate equipment for laboratory and pilot-scale operations.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and patent applications.
• Stay updated on the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in relevant fields.
