You will design experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to push chemical science forward in a dynamic, fully remote role supporting breakthrough projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of R&D experience in the chemical industry, focusing on new product or process development.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and scale-up principles.
• Experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation relevant to chemical synthesis and characterization.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and pilot studies to develop and characterize new chemical compounds and processes.
• Design and optimize reaction conditions, separation methods, and purification techniques.
