Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learnership training modules.
• Gain hands-on exposure to chemical production processes and SOPs.
• Operate production machinery under supervision in a controlled environment.
• Follow health and safety practices strictly in a chemical plant setting.
• Support day-to-day production activities in the Specialty Gas department.
• Build understanding of how production teams coordinate and communicate.
