Qualifications

- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day chemical production processes to meet targets.
- Troubleshoot process upsets and equipment malfunctions, implementing timely solutions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, yield, and safety.
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Train operators on new procedures and process improvements.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and report on performance in Mahikeng.
