Qualifications

• National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or extensive operational experience.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety procedures, and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate personnel.
• Proficiency in production planning and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
