About the Role

Our client, a renowned producer of specialty chemicals, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Chemical Process Engineer with a focus on optimization for their operations. You will be responsible for analyzing plant data, identifying bottlenecks, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence. While the role is based in Paarl, Western Cape, our client offers a flexible, hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a significant portion of the work to be performed remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in process simulation, data analysis, and statistical process control. You will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
