Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years in chemical engineering with at least 3 years in project management or project engineering.
• Experience managing industrial capital projects or process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of PMI project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of chemical process design, equipment and plant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from conception to handover.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide engineering expertise during execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project reports, updates, and post-project evaluations.
