• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science/Engineering.
• 3-5 years of polymer processing experience.
• Knowledge of polymer properties, rheology and processing equipment.
• Experience with process control systems and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
