Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary school experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a Game Reserve environment essential.
• Aptitude for teamwork and strong communication.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation best practices.
• Passion for delivering great food and service.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific food items and meals.
