Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an experienced Sushi Chef to join its onboard culinary team aboard a cruise ship. You will craft diverse sushi dishes, lead junior cooks, and ensure top-quality, safe food service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sushi Chef or Chef de Partie 2 Sushi in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
