Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent international qualification.
8+ years post-qualification experience in senior financial management or controller roles.
Deep IFRS knowledge and understanding of South Africa's financial services regulations.
Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance department, including accounting, FP&A, and treasury.
Ensure timely preparation of financial reports for management, board and regulators.
Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments to optimize resources.
Drive improvements in systems, controls, and processes for accuracy.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and banks.
