Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a Certified Nanny & Childminder to provide loving care for an infant and toddler in a full-time home setting. The role requires nurturing interaction, developmentally appropriate activities, and strict safety protocols to support early learning and well-being.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant childcare experience, a relevant certificate, and current First Aid/CPR for children, with excellent references and a reliable, patient attitude.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience with infants and toddlers.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification for infants and children.
• Knowledge of child development milestones and age-appropriate activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dedicated care for an infant and toddler, including feeding, changing, bathing, and comforting.
• Follow routines for naps, meals, and playtime.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate developmental activities to promote growth.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating environment and childproof the home as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and nursery.
• Engage children in outdoor activities and outings when possible.
• Communicate daily with parents about activities and milestones.
• Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies.
• Light housekeeping related to children's needs (e.g., laundry).
