Placements24 is looking for a Senior Regional Operations Manager to oversee the Centurion region in Gauteng, driving efficiency and leading high‑performing operations teams within a logistics context. The role requires strategic thinking and strong data skills to optimize daily workflows and profitability.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, and report KPIs to senior management, with opportunities for cross‑functional projects and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years in operations management with senior leadership.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and operational software.
• Experience managing budgets.

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with objectives.
