Job summary

Phaki Personnel is recruiting an experienced executive to lead the HC Centre of Excellence in Gauteng. The role spans operational and functional management, risk and compliance, financial governance, people management and stakeholder engagement to support strategic goals.

You will drive policy development, change management and service delivery, ensure regulatory alignment, optimise the human capital value chain and lead implementation of performance and talent strategies within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the development of an operational strategy for the Division function and ensure alignment to the HC Centre of Excellence plan.
• Ensure productivity is measured effectively against set objectives and monitor outcomes.
• Manage continuous improvement activities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Deliver an integrated HC Centre of Excellence provision through a service delivery model.
• Develop and lead governance, risk and compliance frameworks within Human Capital.
• Oversee change management initiatives and promote organisational culture and values.
• Drive workforce planning, organisational design and talent management strategies.
• Identify stakeholder needs and build strong internal and external relationships.
