Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic molecular biology techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow protocols and work effectively within a team in Benoni.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell culture techniques, including aseptic handling, media preparation, and cell line maintenance.
• Execute various cell-based assays, such as proliferation, cytotoxicity, apoptosis, and reporter assays.
• Conduct basic molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA isolation and qPCR.
• Assist in the characterization of cellular responses to various treatments or stimuli.
• Accurately record experimental procedures and results in laboratory notebooks.
