Job summary

Netcare invites you to join our theatre team as Theatre Administrator. You will coordinate all secretarial and administration work in the Theatre and welcome representatives, visitors and doctors to the unit.

You will assist data captures with problem solving of error logs on MoBit and support theatre staff and the Unit Manager with assigned duties, including maintaining patient and bed information on SAP.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Business Administration/Secretarial qualification preferred.
• 2-3 years' administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all secretarial and administration work in the Theatre.
• Receive representatives, visitors and doctors in the Theatre and make them feel welcome.
• Assist data captures with problem solving of error logs on MoBit.
• Assist Theatre staff and Unit Manager with assigned duties.
• Maintain patient and bed information; support SAP workflows.
