Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience after registration with SANC.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing practice per scope of practice and required standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing legislation and ethics.
• Plan and organise own work to ensure proper nursing care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors and staff; report writing as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Support Batho Pele principles in patient care and service delivery.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and guidelines for the unit.
