Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in the Retail Sector
• Creative flair and ability to identify aesthetic/visual appeal
• Strong interpersonal skills and written English
• Driver's license and own transport
• Must have strong analytical skills and be able to use data analysis techniques in business contexts
• High capacity to represent the DotActiv brand as a specialist
• High degree of internal client engagement
• A related degree is essential

Responsibilities

• Create strategic assortment plans
• Design data-driven floor space plans
• Plan and build data-driven shelf plans
• Conduct floor and space plan analytical reviews
• Develop optimised cluster plans per product category using available tools
• Analyse cluster plans and profile each cluster for strategic client insights
• Maximise category performance considering strategies, financials, shopper psychology and aesthetics
• Support, advise and guide retail customers as needed
