Job summary

Pivot Services in Cape Town is seeking a Casual Frontshop Assistant (Fixed Term) to manage stock intake, storage, and packing in the correct spaces. You will ensure displays, pricing, and labelling are accurate and report discrepancies to management.

You will also assist customers with merchandise exchanges and returns when authorised by the Frontshop Leader, contributing to smooth in-store operations for a fixed-term engagement.

• Ensure delivered stock and/or stock pulled from the storeroom are stored and packed in the correct space.
• Ensure merchandise displays, labels and pricing are correct at all times and report all price discrepancies to management.
• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returned goods by customers when authorised to do so by the Frontshop Leader.
