Job summary

Pivot Services is hiring a Casual Frontshop Assistant for a fixed-term position at Tygervalley. You will support stock handling, ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised, and help maintain accurate displays and pricing under supervision.

Daily duties include routing delivered stock to correct spaces, assisting customers with exchanges when authorised by the Frontshop Leader, and reporting price discrepancies to management to keep the store running smoothly.

• Ensure stock delivered or pulled from storeroom is stored and packed in the correct space.
• Keep merchandise displays, labels and pricing accurate at all times and report discrepancies to management.
• Exchange merchandise with customers and process returns when authorised by the Frontshop Leader.
