Job summary

Pivot Services is hiring a Casual Frontshop Assistant for Garden Walk in Mossel Bay on a fixed-term basis. You will ensure stock from the storeroom is stored and packed correctly and that displays, labels and pricing are accurate at all times, reporting any discrepancies to management.

You will also assist customers with exchanges and returns when authorised by the Frontshop Leader, helping maintain smooth store operations and customer service.

• Manage customer exchanges and returns with authority.
• Report price discrepancies to Frontshop Leader.
