Responsibilities

• Adhere to Dis-Chem’s customer service policies and procedures.
• Establish a professional relationship with customers.
• Report customer feedback to Frontline Supervisor or store management.
• Manage cash flow and ensure till accuracy.
• Process all payments (cash, cards, vouchers, coupons).
• Handle loyalty cards for partner programmes.
