Responsibilities

• Process cash, card and customer payments accurately
• Take and process customer orders
• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Assist with daily cash-ups and transaction records
• Answer calls and assist with telephone orders where required
• Support general front-office and administrative duties
• Keep the front counter and customer area clean and organised
• Work closely with the kitchen/team to ensure orders are processed correctly
