Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd is looking for a Banking Operations professional to drive cash and liquidity management, payments, banking infrastructure and governance. The role concentrates on secure, efficient processes and advisory on cash flow to support decisions.

You will lead risk management, regulatory compliance and automation projects, collaborating with Finance, Technology, Risk and business units to optimise Money In and Money Out.

Qualifications

• Formal accounting/finance degree at minimum.
• Experience in banking operations, cash flow, and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage daily cash-flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain internal controls and governance across Banking Operations.
• Coordinate banking relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve banking and payment processes.
