• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling or related fields.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or Career Counselling is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling, student affairs, or human resources.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting various career assessment tools.
• Strong knowledge of career development theories and labour market dynamics.
• Excellent counselling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in organizing events and workshops.
• Familiarity with online career platforms and resources.
• Willingness to engage with remote career advising tools and platforms is an advantage for this role in Vereeniging.
