Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking/M&A, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or transaction services.
• Strong relevant internships with transaction or financial analysis exposure will also be considered.
• CFA, CAIA, or other financial qualifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess investment opportunities through market research.
• Build and maintain financial models to analyse performance.
• Support end-to-end due diligence and transaction execution.
