Qualifications

• Master's degree in a pediatric-focused field (OT, SLP or related).
• Minimum of 3 years direct experience with children with developmental needs.
• Strong knowledge of child development, assessment tools and interventions.
• Licensed or registered where applicable; willingness to pursue ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive developmental assessments for children from infancy to adolescence.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans with families and professionals.
• Deliver direct therapy across motor, cognitive, communication and social-emotional domains.
• Educate parents/caregivers with strategies for home support.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation per clinic standards.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, OTs, psychologists and educators for holistic care.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
