Placements24 is seeking a Lead Management Consultant to spearhead our client’s digital transformation practice in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will guide engagements across digital strategy, technology roadmapping, cloud migration, and data analytics, delivering large-scale change and competitive advantage.

The role requires a master’s degree and 8+ years in management consulting with a strong track record in digital initiatives, AI/ML, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD is a plus.
• 8+ years in management consulting with digital transformation focus.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary digital programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for clients.
• Lead engagements on strategy, roadmapping, cloud migration, data analytics.
• Oversee digital solution implementations across client organizations.
• Mentor project teams and foster innovation and high performance.
• Assess client digital maturity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought leadership with research and publications.
• Collaborate with tech partners to leverage best-in-class solutions.
