Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy or technology consulting, in senior leadership.
• Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/ML, IoT and enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation programs end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication, with ability to present to C-suite and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the South African market is advantageous; MSc and PM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, including cloud migration, data analytics platforms, AI/ML integration, and customer experience enhancements.
• Provide expert advisory services to C-suite executives on digital trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of client business processes and technology landscapes to identify areas for digital innovation and improvement.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support digital transformation investments.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in digital transformation and actively participate in business development activities.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the South African market or emerging markets is a significant advantage.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, ITIL, or other relevant technical/project management certifications are a plus.
