A premier hospitality solutions firm in Cape Town is seeking a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records. This role includes responsibilities such as recording transactions, managing ledgers, and preparing VAT returns. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency in accounting software like Pastel or Sage. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are crucial. This is a full-time, office-based position with standard hours, from Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Minimum of two years' experience in bookkeeping or similar roles.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Proven ability in reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Record financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank statements.
• Prepare and process invoices ensuring compliance.
• Manage petty cash and expenses.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and statutory filings.

National Senior Certificate or equivalent
