Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in investment analysis or corporate finance, including SME cash-flow lending.
• Exceptional financial analysis skills with advanced Excel, modelling, cash-flow forecasting, and credit papers.
• Passion for early-stage SMEs and high-growth businesses; UK market experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in South Africa; reside in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive analysis of potential portfolio companies and clear financial findings.
• Prepare thorough investment and credit papers with balanced, compelling rationale.
• Manage multiple deals across UK and US markets alongside SA experts and UK originators.
• Act as a critical filter for sales, evaluating risks and opportunities for sound investments.
