Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (Campus Recruitment) in Johannesburg. You will own end-to-end campus and bursary recruitment, coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding across a dynamic Shared Services team.

The role requires experience in fast-paced recruitment, bursary management, and strong MS Office skills, with the ability to travel nationally and engage with universities and students effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience of recruitment in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment administration.
• 2–5 years in bursary management.
• 2–5 years in a full cycle recruiting role.
• 2–5 years in the project engineering industry.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsabilités

• Full cycle recruitment for graduate, bursar and intern requirements; manage offers and documentation.
• Coordinate and attend career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support bursary programme administration and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate bursary master data and reporting.
• Collaborate on recruitment projects and process improvements.
