Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions is seeking a CAD Designer with a strong background in industrial design and mechanical drafting.

You will produce detailed drawings, perform on-site measurements, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with standards, while adhering to QHSE requirements.

What You'll Do:

Requirements:

• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial design, mechanics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a CAD Designer or Draftsman in an industrial environment.

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (Required)

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD packages would be advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.

• Structured and organized work ethic.

• Effective team player with a focus on internal service excellence.
