The Nedbank Chartered Accountant (CA) Training Programme offers aspiring Chartered Accountants the opportunity to complete SAICA-accredited articles within a dynamic banking environment. Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent programme granting access to SAICA's Initial Test of Competence

Responsibilities

Rotate into various divisions within the bank during the three-year CA training period
Manage deliverables within reasonable turnaround times aligned to role specifications and rotations
Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems while adding value
Proactively drive and manage personal learning and development in line with SAICA requirements
Participate in programme committees such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Social to enhance professional development
Contribute to Nedbank's culture and transformation goals through initiatives like staff surveys
