Siemens Energy invites suitably qualified accounting graduates to apply for the SAICA Trainee Programme in Midrand, Gauteng. This three-year learnership is designed to train and assess participants in line with the SAICA CA2025 framework, providing exposure across finance functions.

Rotations include Tax, Risk, Internal Audit, Controlling, and accounting/reporting, with development in technical and professional competencies. The programme supports SAICA qualification goals.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Accounting is required.
• PGDip or CTA in Accounting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Participate in the preparation and consolidation of balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Rotate through Tax, Risk, Internal Audit, Controlling and reporting functions.
