The Nedbank Chartered Accountant (CA) Training Programme offers aspiring Chartered Accountants the opportunity to complete SAICA-accredited articles within a dynamic banking environment. Responsibilities

• Rotate into various divisions within the bank during the three-year CA training period
• Manage deliverables within reasonable turnaround times aligned to role specifications and rotations
• Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems while adding value
• Proactively drive and manage personal learning and development in line with SAICA requirements
• Participate in programme committees such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Social to enhance professional development
• Contribute to Nedbank's culture and transformation goals through initiatives like staff surveys
