African Echoes Recruitment represents a luxury 5 Star Big 5 game lodge in the Pilanesberg region seeking an experienced Butler to deliver personalised guest experiences with discretion, professionalism and attentive service throughout guests' stays.

You will welcome guests, coordinate requests, liaise with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Guiding and Management to ensure seamless service, and maintain confidentiality and luxury standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Butler or luxury guest service role within a 5 Star lodge or hotel
• Exceptional guest relations and hosting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance with a high standard of personal presentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and attentive butler service to all guests

A luxury 5 Star Big 5 game lodge in the Pilanesberg region is seeking an experienced and service driven Butler to deliver exceptional personalised guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing discreet, professional, and attentive service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring every aspect of their experience exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT:

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role within a 5 Star lodge or hotel essential
• Previous game lodge experience advantageous
• Exceptional guest relations and hosting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance with a high standard of personal presentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Valid Driver's License advantageous
