ProStaffSelect is seeking an Assistant Administrator for a Diep River meat supplier, handling online purchases, order processing, invoicing, stock control, and financial controls. The role involves reconciling supplier statements, data capture, and administrative support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years' experience in admin/stock/cash-office settings, with ERP/stock software familiarity and strong numerical accuracy.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
• 2–5 years in admin, stock, or cash-office in fast-paced retail/FMCG/wholesale/butchery environment.
• Experience with stock rotation, waste/shrinkage, supplier GRVs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Check delivery notes against invoices and capture GRVs.
• Assist with daily/weekly stock counts and track product movement.
• Update barcode labels, shelf tags and product pricing in the system.
• Record production, waste, and dispatch data in inventories/spreadsheets.
• Maintain audit-ready health, safety and hygiene records (FIFO).
• Assist Butchery Manager with staff attendance and supplier queries.
