Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking a Contract Business Systems Analyst to join our Automated Digital Applications team in South Africa.

You will engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements and business problems and translate them into IT solutions. The role requires 4-5 years of Business Analysis experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with both technical and business users across the SDLC or Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client environment and business challenges.
• Elicit underlying problems and translate to business and system requirements.
• Create user stories, functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Translate requirements into technical changes for development teams.
• Develop test cases and support QA to validate solutions.
• Document business processes and maintain project artifacts.
• Coordinate with UX/UI, PMO, and development teams to deliver value.
• Support client staff through training content and handover.
