Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our client in Welkom. This role is central to enhancing efficiency and aligning strategic goals with daily execution, analyzing processes and implementing solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business or related field, at least four years in ops management or business analysis, and proven experience with Lean or Six Sigma, plus strong analytical and PM skills.

Qualifications
