Job summary

IIE Rosebank International in Cape Town invites experienced educators to teach business management modules. The role covers delivering lectures from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, and supporting students through assessments, tracking progress, and managing administrative tasks in line with the Central Academic Team.

The successful candidate will hold a Degree/Honours/Master’s in Business Management, have 2–3 years of lecturing or tutoring, and 1–3 years industry experience.

Qualifications

• Lecturing or tutoring experience in higher education.
• Ability to track assessments and provide student support.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students according to module requirements.
• Update LMS and provide timely feedback on assessments.
• Coordinate with Central Academic Team and Programme Coordinator.
• Monitor student engagement and contribute to academic development.
