Job summary

IIE Rosebank International in Cape Town invites experienced educators to join our team as lecturers. You will teach modules, prepare assessments, track student progress, and engage with the Central Academic Team to identify at risk modules.

Classes run 08h00–17h00, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities spanning academic delivery, student support, and ongoing professional development within a leading private education provider.

Qualifications

• Degree or honours in relevant communication/english/journalism field.
• 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.
• 1–3 years industry experience in area of specialization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students per module requirements.
• Manage resources and coordinate with Information Centre.
• Update learning management system and provide student feedback.
• Prepare students for assessments and develop assessments per central briefs.
• Monitor engagement and assessment submissions with escalation as needed.
• Participate in academic meetings across faculties.
